HEF Itemized Budget
Download Instructions:
You will need Microsoft Excel on your computer.

Click on the XLS icon above to download the budget form template in Excel format.

Change the name of the document to:

[Your Last Name] Itemized Budget [Year]

Select the location where you want to save the document.

Click Save.

Complete the budget form - Be sure all items listed are relevant to your application.

Be sure to save the document after you are done. Then return to your application and upload the completed budget form.
Alternatively, use Google Sheets, or use a printout of your online cart, a district PO, or a reasonable alternative. We want to review what you plan to buy, the vendor (URL preferred), the unit cost, extended cost, shipping/handling, sales tax, the row total, and the grand total.
